Writing to us

1. Write to contact@teastra.com.
2. Say which project and which drawing it is about, with the file name as it shows in the project.
3. Say what you expected and what you saw. If a run stopped, copy the words on its card: they say why.
4. Never put your password in an email.

Before you write

• A paused or failed sheet shows Retry on the project’s Take-off runs tab.
• If a drawing fails and no take-off comes out of it, its credit goes back to your balance by itself.
• Common questions are answered on the questions page and the answer pages, linked below.

Other reasons to write

• To report a security weakness, say what you found and how to reproduce it. Please do not run security tests against the service without our written permission.
• Requests about your data, and legal notices, go to the same address.
